G.S.R. 540(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Customs Act. 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No, 145- CUS. [G.S.R. Nc. 429CE)] dated the 1st July, 1979 EU amended by Notification No. 160-Cus. [G.S.R. No. 448(E)] dated 19-7-79.
