NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th September, 1979

G.S.H. 544(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12Aof the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby specifies the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957, issued under section 3 of that Act, to be special order for purposes of summary trial under the said section 12A.
