S.O. 535 (E),—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13C of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), iho Election Comtni"sion hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 429/DNH/79(l), dated the 2b'th August, 1579, namely >—
For th< existing entries numbered '2' and '4', the following entries shall
lespectively be substituted :—
"2. Shri K. T. Chaddarwala, Assistant Secretary to the Administrator,
Dadra & Nagar Haveli", and
"4. Shri M. C. Rathi, Development & Plauning Officer, Dadra & Nagar
Haveli."
