NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd September, 1979
S.O. 538(E)/No. TCI/1680/75/2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 56 of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (9 of 1890), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary that the goods booked by trains intended solely for the carriage of goods to any railway station should be removed without delay from such railway station and having regard to the factors specified in that sub-section, hereby declares the following lailway station as a "notified station" for a period of six months with effect from 1st October, 1979. namely :—
