S.O. 539(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) tf section 24 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 3 939), the Central Government hereby allots the group or groups of letters specified in column (2) of the Table below, to the State specified in the corresponding entry in column (1) thereof, for use as the registration mark followed by any other letter for the purpose of the said sub-section.
