विषय -"भृतकालीन निष्पादन योजना के अन्तर्गत 1980 वर्ष के लिए पौशाको के निर्यात के लिए कोटे का निर्धारण ।
का० सं० 2/ 26/ 78-ई- उपयुक्त विषयक सार्वजनिक सूचना सख्या-65 ई टी सी ( पी एन ) / 79 दिनांक 14 सितम्बर , 1979की घोर ध्यान भाकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. सार्वजनिक सूचना मख्या 65 ई टी सी ( पी एम )/ 79 , दिनांक 14-9-79 के पैरा-2 में उल्लिखित भावेवनपत्र प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अन्तिम तिथि 5 अक्तूबर, 1979 के बजाय 12 अक्तूबर , 1979 पड़ी जाए ।
3 पूर्वोक्त सार्वजनिक सूचना के पैरा-3 में उल्लिखित दस्तावेजो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज प्रतिस्थापित किए जाए
(क ) लवान बिल/वायुधान बिल मूल या फोटोस्टेट प्रति ,
( ८ ) बैंक द्वारा विधिवत साक्ष्यांकित बीजक जो मलरूप में या फोटो- स्टेट प्रप्ति या बैंक द्वारा साक्ष्यांकित प्रति हो ,
( ग) मूल भवधि के दौरान पौशाको के निर्यात को प्रदर्शित करते हुए विवरण पश्न ओ एक व्यवसायी सनदी लेखापाल द्वार। विधिवत प्रमाणित हो घौर इस सार्वजनिक सूचना से संलग्न प्रनुबन्ध-2 मे निर्धारित यथासंशोधित प्रपक्ष में हो ,
(घ ) " एक्सपोर्ट लाइसेंस फी" सबोडिनेट टू वि मेजर हैड" 097 -फारेन ट्रेड एण्ड एक्सपोर्ट प्रोमोशन " शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत जमा किया गया 50 रुपए ( पचास रुपए ) की राजकोष रसीव ।
4 निर्यात कोटे के आबटन से पहले या बाद में भी किसी समय निर्यातको का कोई अन्य सूचमा भेजने के लिए भौर/ या सरकार द्वारा अपेक्षित दस्ता- बेज भेजने के लिए कहा जा सकता है और यदि वस्तावेज/ सूचना तत्काल मही भेजी जाएगी तो अावेदनपत्र भस्वीकार किए जा सकते हैं ।
5 पूर्वोक्त सार्वजनिक सूचना में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी शर्ते अपरिवर्त- मीय रहेंगी ।

यह कालम उन मामलों मे पूरा किया जाएगा जहां पर 1979 वर्ष के दौरान अर्थात् कालम ( घ) के अन्त गैस किसी भी निर्यात की गणना नहीं फरभी है ।

यह कालम उन मामलों में पूरा किया जाएगा जहा पर 1979 वर्ष के दौरान ( 30 जून, 1979 तक) मिर्याप्तों की गणना करणी है ।

PUBLIC NOTICE No. 66- ETC ( PN) / 79 EXPORT TRADE CONTROL New Delhi , the 24th September, 1979
Sub -Determination of quotas for the export of Garments for the year 1980 under " Past Performance " Scheme .
F. No. 2/ 26/78 -EI . Attention is invited to the Public Notice No. 65-ETC ( PN )/ 79 dated the 14th September , 1979, on the above subject .
2. The last date for submission of applications mentioned in paragraph 2 of Public Notice No. 65 - ETC (PN ) /79 dated 14-9-79 may be read as 12th October , 1979 , instead of 5th October , 1979 ,
3. The documents mentioned in paragraph 3 of the aforesaid Public Notice may be substitutedby the following :
(a) Bill of Lading/Airways Bill original or photostat copy ,
(b) Invoice duly attested by the bank , in original or a photo- stat copy or a copy attested by bank;
(c) Statement showing export of garments during the basic period, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant in practice, in the form prescribed in Annexure II to this Public Notice , as amended and annexed to this Public Notice .

(d) A Treasury Receipt of Rs.50 (Rupees fifty ) credited under the Head "Export Licence Application Fee " subordinate to the Major Head " 097- Foreign Trade and Export Promotion" .
4. The exporters can be called upon, at any time before or after allocation of the export quota to furnish any other inform- ation and/ or documents required by the Government and if documents / information is not furnished immediately , the appli- cation is liable to be rejected.
5. All other conditions mentioned in the aforesaid Public Notice shall remain unchanged .
