ORDER
New Delhi, the 21st September. 1979
S.O. 543(K).—Wh.-rcas ihe Centra! Government is of opinion that an in- dustrial dispute exists between the management of M/s. Indian Express (Madurai) Limited Madias and their workmen in their units at Madras, Cochin and Bangalore in respect of the matters specified in the Schedule hereto annexed ;
And, whereas the said dispute is of such a nature that industrial establish- ments situated in more than one State are likely to be interested in, or affected by, such dispute ;
And, whereas the Central Government is of opinion that the said dispute
should be adjudicated by a National Tribunal ;
Now, thctefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7B read with sub-section (1A) of section JO of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Centra) Government hereby constitutes a National Tribunal at Bombay, of which Justice Cbinraman Tiikaram Dighc shall be the Presiding Officer and refers the said dispute to the said Tribunal for adjudication,
SCHEDULE
(a) h the demand of the workmen for the payment of 20 per cent
bonny for the years 1974-75 and 1975-76 justified ?
(b) If not, to what relief arc they entitled ?
