New Delhi, the 26th September, 1979

No. PEG-37/76.—In exercise of the powers conferred on them by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trust Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government appoints Shri Prabhakar Kamat, IAS (UT : 1956) us Chairman, Mormugao Port Trust with effect from the date he takes, over and until further orders.
