अधिसूचना
का० प्रा० 552 ( भ) भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य मंत्रालय (विदेश व्यापार विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ०पा० 517 ( ई ) दिनांक 25 सितम्बर 1973 के साथ पठित पटसन ( भनुज्ञापन एवं नियंत्रण) भावेश, 1961 के खण्ड 8 द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पटसन उपायुक्त, कलकत्ता, एतद्वारा अधिकतम वहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के रूप में इस भधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न प्रथम अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित मूल्य निश्चित करते हैं जिस पर उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2) में तद्नुरुप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित जूट वस्त्रों किस्मों का क्रम अथवा विक्रय अक्तूबर, 1979 महीने के दौरान किया जायगा ।
बचतें कि जूट वस्त्रों की उक्त किस्मों के सम्बन्ध में ऐसा निश्थित मूल्य उक्त द्वितीय अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित निम्नतम सहन शक्ति के सम्बन्ध में अधिसूचना से संलग्न दूसरी भनुसूची के अनुकूल स्तम्भ ( 2 ) अथवा ( 3 ) या दोनों में उल्लिखित सीमा तक कम हो जाय ।
2. इस अधिसूचना के अधीन निश्चित किया गया मूल्य उत्पाद शुल्क एवं बिक्री कर छोड़ कर होगा जो ऋता द्वारा भसल पर बहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के अतिरिक्त अदा किया जाएगा ।

Calcutta, the 27th September . 1979 NOTIFICATION
5.0.552 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing and Control ) Order , 1961 , read with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce (Department of Foreign Trade ) No. S.O. 517 (E) dated the 25th September, 1973, the Deputy Jute Commissioner, Calcutta hereby fixes the prices mentioned in column (3) of the
[PART II- SEC . 3 (1)]
FirstSchedule appended to this notification as the maximum ex- factory price at which the varieties of jute textile mentioned in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said Schedule shallbe purchased or sold during the month of October , 1979 .
Provided that the prices so fixed in respect of the said varieties ofjute textiles shall be reduced to the extent specified in column (2) or column (3 ) or both of the Second Schedule appended to this notification in rspect of the miniumum breaking strength specified in the corresponding entries in column ( 1 ) of the said Second Schedule,
2. The prices fixed under this notification shall be exclusive of the duty of excise and the sales tax which shallbe paid in addition to the ex-factory price by the purchaser at actuals .
