F. No. A. 12026/16/79-AU.l(C"n).—In partial modification of the orders contained in para 6 of the Resolution F. No. A, 12026/16/79-Ad. I (Cen) dated the 30th May, 1979 as amended by 'the Resolution issued under F, No- A. 12026/16/79-Ad, I (Cen) dated the 18th June, 1979, the Government DI India have decided that the Export Committee appointed to study the impact of tax concessions on the techniques of pi eduction used in industry and to malic its recommendation!, for refotm in older to encaurage the adoption of labour intensive methods and en'arge employment opportunities, will now make its. recommendations to the Government of India by 31st December, 1979.
