G.SJL 559CE).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 124, read with sub-section (1) of section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the "Mormugno Port (Shipment of Ore and Pellets from Mechanical Ore Handling Plant at berth No. 9 and related matters) Regulations, 1979, made by the Boartl of Trustees of the Port of Mormugao in exercise of the powers confenred by clauses (f), 0) and (k) of section 123 read with, sub-section (2) of section 124 of the said Act and published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette of Government of Goa, Daman and Diu, dated 15th September, 1979 series III No. 24 and Official Gazette of Government of Goa, Daman and Diu series m No. 25, dated 20th September, 1979.
