G.S.R, 560(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause fi) of clause (a) of sub- section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962), tlie Central Government hereby determines that, for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of one Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice vcr&a, shall be rupees 9.9974.
