NOTIFICATION S.O. 559(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 43-Customs, dated the 1st February, 1963, published as G.S.R. 219, namely :— New Delhi, the lit October, 1979 In the Mid notification, the words "or Sikkim" wherever CUSTOMS they occur shall be omitted. S.O. 560(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 69 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 45-Custom8, dated the 1st February, 1963, published as G.S.R. 221, namely :—

In clause 1, the word "Sikkim" shall be omitted.
