सं० प्रतिश्रदायगी/ सा ० सू ०63/ 79: सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिभवायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त , असाधारण, दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फा ० सं ० 602/2/70-प्र ०भ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार समय-समय परे यथासशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी सा ० सू ० 1 , विनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित मशोधन करती है:-
उपक्रम सं ० 2203 की मद ( ख ) के सामने "प्रतिश्रवायगी की दर" स्तम्भ में अन्त में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
"जमा उपर्युक्त मद (क) की उप मद ( 2 ) से ( 5 ) तक के सामने दर्शायी गई दरों पर यथास्थिति , उनकी फिटिंगों के लिये प्रतिभ्रषायगी की वर जब उनका मिर्यात प्लाईवुड पैनलों के साथ उसी पोतसदान बिल में किया गया हो । "
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना, 9 अप्रैल 1977 को लागू हुई समझी जाएगी ।

No. DRAWBACK /PN-63/ 79 .--Under rule 4 of the Cus- toms and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Noti- fication No. 52/F . No. 602 /2 /70 -DBK published in thre Gazette of India, Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN- 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time :
In the column 'Rate ofof awback against item (B) of sub- serial No. 2203 , the following shall be added at the end, namely :-
"plus the rate of drawback for fittings therefor at the rates shown against sub- item ( ii) to ( v) of item (A) above, as the case may be , when exported along with the Plywood Panels in the same Shipping! Bill" .
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th day of April , 1977 .

उपक्रम सं ० 1924 की मद ( ii ) के सामने "माल का विवरण" स्तम्भ में " एक्रिलिफ मोडिग पाउडर " प्राब्दो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
"एक्रिलिक मोल्डिंग पाउडर अथवा चादरें आदि ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना 16 जून , 1976 से लागू हुई समझी जायेगी ।

In the column "Description of goods " against item ( it) of sub - seríal No. 1924 for the words " Acrylic Moulding Pow- der", the following shall be substituted , namely :-

(1) उप-क्रम सं० 2502 की मत्र ( क) की उप मद (ड ) के सामने दी गई प्रविष्टियां निकाल दी जाएंगी ।
(2) उप-क्रम सं० 2502 की मश्र ( ग ) के सामने की प्रविष्टियां निकाल वी जाएंगी ।
(3) उप-क्रम सं० 2503 के खण्ड ( ग ) की मद ( 1 ) की उप मद ( क) के सामने की प्रविष्टियों निकाल दी जायेंगी ।

(क) ऊनी भूत की प्रन्तर्वस्तु ( जिसमें शुद्ध ऊन 5% से अधिक नहीं हो ) जो आमतौर पर ऊन के अपशिष्ट के रूप में (शोड्डी) जानी 0.55 ( केवल पचपन मेंसे) प्रति कि० ग्रा ०
जाती है
(ख) रंजक अन्तर्वस्तु, यदि माल रंजित मूत माल की सूत्र अन्तर्वस्तु फा अथवा रंजित वस्त्र के रूप में हो 0.15 ( केवल पंद्रह पैसे) प्रति कि० ग्रा०

For sub - serial No. 2629 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

2629 Blankets and Blanketing cloth which are manufactured from yarn, in which wool predomi- nates , made out of fibres ob- tained from fibre waste , yarn waste or fabric waste by gar- netting or by any other pro- cess.
Yarn Content-
Rs . 0.55 (Paise fifty five only) per kg.
(a) Content of woollen yarn (containing not more than 5% virgin wool ) common- ly known as shoddy .
(b) Dye content if the goods are yarn dyed or piece dyed.
Rs . 0.15 (Paise fifteen only) per kg. of the yarn content of the goods.
This Public Notice shall come into force on the 4th day of October, 1979 .

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी/ सा ० सू० 67/ 79.-भारत के राजपक्ष ( असाधारण ) भाग 1, खण्ड ( 1 ) तारीख 1 अगस्त, 1979 में प्रकाशित विनांक 1 अगस्त, 1979 की सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिभ्रदायगी /सा ० सू ० 53/79 में , केन्द्रीय सरकार निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है : -
उप-क्रम सं ० 3608 के खण्ड ( क) के उपखण्ड ( ग ) की मद ( i ) की उपमव ( क ) के सामने "प्रति अदायगी की वर" स्तम्भ में " 307.00 रु० (केवल तीन सौ सात रुपये) प्रति मैट्रिक टन" के स्थान पर " 607.00 रु ० (केवल छः सौ मात रुपये) प्रति मैट्रिक टन " पढ़ें ।

In the column ' Rate of drawback ' against sub - item ( a) of item ( i ) of sub- clause (c) of clause ( A) of sub - serial No. 3608 for "Rs . 307.00 (Rupees three hundred and seven only) per tonne " Read " Rs . 607.00 (Rupees six hundred and seven only) per tonne".
