I/No. 47.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 3 of the Central Boards of Revenue Act, 1963 (54 of 1963), the Cential Government hereby appoints Shri B. B. Oujral, Additional Secretary lo the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), to be alto "i Moubei of the Central Board of Excise and Customs fr r the period commencing on and from the 1th of October, 1979, to the 21it of October, 1979.
