सा० का० मि० 569 (प्र) -भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( भर्ती ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 8 के उप-नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 81) की धारा 3 को उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार राज्य सरकारों तथा संघ लोक सेवा भायोग के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति ) विनियम, 1955 में भौर संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

1. ( 1) इन बिनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( पदोम्मति द्वारा नियुक्ति) संशोधन विनियम 1979 है ।

( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम, 1955 के विनियम 5 के उपविनियम ( 3 ) में,

(क) प्रारम्भिक वाक्य में " साधारणतया विचार नहीं किया जाएगा" शब्दों के स्थान पर " विचार नहीं किया जाएगा" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे ।

(ब) जहां कहीं भी " 52 वर्ष " अंक तथा शब्द अंकित हुए हों के स्थाने परं " 54 वर्ष" भंक तथा शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे ।

( ग) अन्त में निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ दिया जाएगा, भर्थात्:- "परन्तु यह और भी कि राज्य सिविल सेवा के किसी सदस्य

पर, जो उस वर्ष की जनवरी की पहली तारीख को, जिस वर्ष में समिति की बैठक हो 54 वर्ष का हो गया हो, और यदि ऐसी बैठक होने के वर्ष की पहली जनवरी अथवा ठीक पूर्ववर्ती वर्षों की पहली जनवरी को वह विचार किए जाने का पाव था, लेकिन ऐसे पूर्ववर्ती वर्ष अथवा वर्षों के दौरान समिति की कोई बैठक न होने के कारण , उस पर विचार नहीं किया जा सका था, समिति द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।"

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule ( 1) of rule 8 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Recruitment) Rules , 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the State Governments and the Union Public Service Commission, hereby makes the

following regulations further to amend the Indian Administra- tive Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations , 1955, namely :-

(1) These regulations may be called the Indian Ad- ministrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 1979 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their pub- lication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations , 1955 , in regulation 5, in sub -regu- lation (3) ,-

(a) in the opening sentence, for the words " shall not ordinarily consider" , the words " shall not consider" shall be substituted;

(b) for the figure and word "52 years", wherever they occur, the figure and word " 54 years" shall be subs- tituted;

"Provided further that a member of the State Civil Service who has attained the age of fifty-four years on the first day of January of the year in which the Committee meets shall be considered by the Committee, if he was eligible for consideration on the first day of January of the year or of any of the years immediately preceding the year in which such meeting is held but could not be considered as no meeting of the Committee was held dur- ing such preceding year or years " .

2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम, 1955 के विनियम 5 , के उप-विनियम ( 3 ) में,

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- Section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with sub- rule ( 1 ) of rule 9 of the Indian Police Service (Recruitment ) Rules , 1954, the Central Govern- ment in consultation with the Governments of the States and the Union Public Service Commission , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Ser- vice (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955, namely :-

1. (1) These regulations maybe called the Indian Police Service (Appointment by Promotion) Amendment Regulations , 1979.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Police Service (Appointment by Promotion ) Regulations, 1955, in regulation 5, in sub- regulation ( 3 )-

(a) in the opening sentence , for the word " shall not ordi- narily consider " , the words " shall not consider" shall be substituted;

(b) for the figure and word "52 years" , wherever they occur, the figure and word " 54 years " shall be subs- tituted;

सा० का० नि० 571 (प्र) -भारतीय वन सेवा ( भर्ती) नियम, 1966 केनियम 8 के उप-नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार राज्य सरकारों तथा संघ लोक सेवा भायोग के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा (पदोन्नति द्वारा नियक्ति) यिनियम , 1966 में और संशोधन करने के लिए एत‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-

1. ( 1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय षन सेवा (पदोम्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) संशोधन विनियम , 1979 है ।

(2 ) ये राजपत में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. भारतीय वन सेवा (पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम, 1966 के विनियम 5, के उप- विनियम ( 3 ) में,

(क) प्रारम्भिक वाक्य में "साधारणतया विचार नहीं किया जाएगा" शब्दों के स्थान पर "विचार नहीं किया जाएगा " भन्द प्रति स्थापित किये जाएंगे ।

(ग ) अन्त में निम्मलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ दिया जाएगा, प्रर्यात्:- "परन्तु यह भौर भी कि राज्य वन सेवा के किसी सदस्य पर , ओ उस वर्ष की जनवरी की पहली तारीख को, जिस वर्ष में समिति की बैठक हो 54 वर्ष का हो गया हो, और यदि ऐसी बैठक होने के वर्ष की पहली जनवरी अथवा ठीक पूर्ववर्ती वर्षों की पहली जनवरी को वह विचार किए जाने का पान था, 1217

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Appointment by Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 1979 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette .

2. In the Indian Forest Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations , 1966 , in regulation 5, in sub-regulation (3 )

(a) in the opening sentence, for the words "shall not ordinarily consider " , the words "shall not consider " shall be substituted ;

(b) for the figure and word "52 years" , wherever they occur, the figure and word "54 years" shall be sub- stituted;

"
