nery Manufacturers Ltd., Calcutta to take over the manage-
ment of the whole of [he Industrial undertaking of Messrs
Motor and Machinery Manufacturers Limited, Calcutta;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said order No. S.O. 6O2(E)/18AA/lDRA/74, dated the 9th October, 1974. as modified by the said order No. S.O. 567lE)/18AA/IDRA/ 78, dated the 25th September, 1978, should continue to have effect after the expiry of the aforesaid date, for a further period of two years;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (2) of Section 18AA, read with the proviso to Sub- Section (2) of Section 18A, of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that the said order No. S.O. 602(E)/ 18AA/IDRA/74, dated the 9th October, 1974, as modified by the said order No. S.O. 567(E)/l8AA/IDRA/78, dated the 25th September, 1978, shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the Sth October, 1981.
