2. The following amendments shall be made at the appropriate places indicated against each :—

Chapter 6, Para 28.
1.
The following shall be added at the end :— "The return for the half-year April-September, 1979 should reach the authority concerned not later than 31st October, 1979 and return for the half-year October, 1979-March, 1980 should reach tlij authority cunwrnid not lator than 30th April, 1980."
