सार्वजनिक सूचना सं. 66 - ईटीसी (पी एन) /79 दिनांक 24 सितम्बर , 1979 की कंडिका 2 में उल्लिखित आवेदन भेजने की अन्तिम तिथि 12 अक्तूबर , 1979 की बजाय अब 22 अबतूबर , 1979 पढ़ी जाए ।
निर्यातकों से प्राप्त प्रतिवेदनों पर विचार करने पर यह निश्चय किया गया है कि फर्मों के नाम में भूतकालीन निष्पादन के आधार पर पोशाको के निर्यात के कोटे के निर्धारण के लिए जो मूल अवधि के भीतर बालू हुई थी अर्थात् वे फर्म जो 1-1-1976 को या इसके बाद पंजीकृत हुई हैं पूर्व निर्धारित अनुसार फर्म के कुल निर्यात को तीन या चार से भाग करके निर्धारित करने के बजाय उतने वर्षो से भाग करके निर्धारित किया जाएगा जब से वे चालू हुई हैं ।
ऐसी फर्मों के मामले में जो किसी भी मूल वर्ष ( 1976 , 1977/1978 ) , में 30 जून के बाद पंजीकृत हुई हैं उनके बाकी के वर्ष के निर्यात केवल तभी उनके कुल निर्यात में जोड़ जाएंगे यदि ऐसा अतिरिक्त जोड़ निर्यात करने वाली फर्म के लिए लाभप्रद हो । उस मामले में , वर्ष का वह भाग जिसमें फर्म पंजीकृत हुई थी वह भी वषों की संख्या में जोड़ा जाएगा जिससे उसके कूल निर्यात की कुल वार्षिक औसत निकालने के लिए भाग किया जाएगा । यह पहले ही स्पष्ट कर दिया गया है कि 1979 के अर्ध- वर्ष के निर्यात पूरे वर्ष के निर्यात समझे जाएगे , यदि फर्म अपने कुल निर्यात निष्पादन में इसे जोड़ने के लिए इच्छुक हैं ।

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
Subject Determination of quotas for the export of Garments for the year 1980 under 'Past Performance ' Scheme .
File No. 2/ 26/ 78 - EL-Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 64 - TAC (PN) / 79 dated 14th September 1979 , Public Notice No. 65 - ETC (PN) / 79 dated the 14th September , 1979 and Public Notice No. 66 - ETC( PN) / 79 dated the 24th Sep- tember , 1979 , on the aforesaid subject .
The last date for submission of applications mentioned in paragraph 2 of Public Notice No. 66 -ETC ( PN ) / 79 dated the 24th September , 1979 may now be read as 22nd October , 1979 instead of 12th October , 1979 .
In consideration of the representation received , from the Exporters , it has been decided that for determination of garment export quota on past perform- ance basis in favour of firms which have come into existence within the basic period , i.e. , firms which have been registered on or after 1st January , 1976 , the total exports of the firm would be divided not by three or four as stipulated earlier but by the number of years the firm has been in existence .

In the case of firms which have been registered after the 30th of June of any of the basic years ( 1976 , 1977 , 1978 ) , their exports for part of the year will be added to their total exports only if such addition proves advantageous to the exporting lirm . In that case , the part year in which the firm was registered will also be added to the number of years by which its total exports would be divided to arrive at the basic annual average , It has already been clarified that exports in the first half of 1979 would be treated as the full year's exports should a firm wish to add this to their total export performance .
