सा० का ० ति ० 576 ( अ)-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त पशक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग)

की अधिसूचना सं ० 117 -सीमाशुल्क [सं ० सा० का ० नि० 318 ( अ ) ], तारीख 9 जून , 1978 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रथम अनुसूची में , क्रम सं ० 34 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं ० और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्

" 34. लोहे या इस्पात के कोण आकार और सेक्शन , जो लप्त बैल्लित , गढ़े हुए , बहिर्वेषित शीत प्ररपित या शीत परिरक्षित हो; लोहे या इस्पात की पत्तर वाली पाइ- लिंग जो चाहे बर्मा की हुई , छिवित अथवा समायोजित तत्वों से बनाई गई हो या नहीं । शीर्ष सं ० 73.06/ 07 से 73.14 तक में वर्णित रूपों में मिश्रधातु बाला इस्पात भौर अधिक कार्बन बाला इस्पात , लोहे या इस्पात के ट्यूष और पाइप फिटिंग (उदाहरणस्वरूप , जोड़ , ऐल्बा, यूनियन और क्लेज ) इसके अन्तर्गत मिलेट ( प्राथमिक और द्वितीयक ) बि- लेट फतग्नें, फुल्लिकाएं और पट्टियां भी है ।

CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 576(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred, by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the fol- lowing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 117 - Customs [ No. GSR 318 ( E) ] , dated the 9th June , 1978 , namely :-
In the said notification , in the First Schedule , for Serial No. 34 and the entries relating thereto , the following Serial No. and entries shall be substituted , namely :--

Tubes and pipes fittings ( for examples , joints , el- bows , unions and flanges ) , of iron or steel including billets ( prime and seconds ) , billet cuttings , blooms and slabs .
