ORDER

New Delhi, the 10th October, 1979

S.O. 577(E)/18AA/IDRA/79.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec- tion 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 716(E) dated the 18th December, 1978, namely:—

In the said Order for serial numbers 5 and 9, and the entries relating

thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:—

"5. Shri K. M. Kishinchandani,

Deputy General Manager, Industrial Development Bank of India, Regional Office, Calcutta.

9. Director (Finance),

Jute Corporation of India Ltd., Calcutta."
