ORDER
New Delhi, the 10th October, 1979
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S-O. 578(E)/No. E(C)O 1977/AM(136).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely:—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Forty-eighth Amend-
ment Order, 1979.
2. In Part 'A' Schedule I, to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the
existing entry appearing aginst S. No. 33(16) shall bo deleted.
