ORDER
New Delhi, the 18th October, 1979
S.O. 58S(E)L—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 ot the Essential Commodities Act, 1953 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs that the power to make orders under clauses (d) and (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the said Act shall, in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule here to annexed, be excrcisable also by the Government of the State of Rajasthan in that Siate.
This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the dute of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 30th day of June, 1980.

Varieties of Cnttfo Fodder
1. Hay and grass. 2. Oowar. 3. Kerb or Karbi of Jowar, Maize and Bajra. 4. Moth, Moth Chara and Moth Churl. 5. Rice Husk. 6. Khakhla.
