NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th October, 1979
S.O. 587tE).—Tn e.xocise of Ihe powers confeired bv sub-section <3) of section I of Ihe Employees" Slate Insurance Act, 1948 (H of 1948), the Centrul Gov- enimcnt hereby appoints the 21st October, 1979 as the date on which the pro- vibions oi Chapter IV (except section's 44 nnd 45 which have already been brought into force) and Chapters V and VI iexcept sub-section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 ami 81 which have already been brought inlo force) of Ihc said Act shall come inlo force in Ihe following aieas in the Slate of Orissa, namely :—
"The areas of Jagatpur compiising the ievcnue villages of Nimpur, Tarola and Khdiia falling within the Police Stalion Tangi in Cultack Tehsil within the District of Cuttack,"
