S.O. !89(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (a) of scction-2 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (No. 49 of 1978), the Central Government hereby ypecify, having regard to the agro-climatic condi- tions prevailing or likely to prevail, the quantity of cane avai'ablc or likely to be available for crushing and other relevant factors, the fifteenth day of November, 1979 as the appointed day for the sugar year 1979-80.
