S.O. 590(E)/18A/IDRA/79.— Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Deve- lopment (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 678(E)/18A/IDRA/72 dated the 24th October, 1972 here- inafter referred to as the said order), the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Carter Pooler and Company Private Limited, Calcutta, had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in that order for a period of five years;
And whereas the duration of the said order has been extended for a further period of two years, that is. upto and inclusive of the 23rd October 1979 by Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 620(E)/18A/IDRA/ 77, dated the 19th August, 1977 ;
l 0 52 THE GAZE'lTE OF INDJA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(iiJ]Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of the section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (.65 of 1951), ihc Central Government hereby directs that the said order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and include of the 23rd October, 1980.

S.O. 591(E)/l"A/IDRA/79.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 266(E)/18A/IDRA/78 dated the 13th April, 1978 namely :—
In the said Order for serial numbers 1, 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries should be substituted, namely :—
"1. Major General Premangshu Chowdry Chairman
2. Shri R. K. Anand,
Director Ministry of Industry,
Department of Industrial Development Member
3. Shrl K. Marga Banthu

No. 2(24)/76-CUC] S.O. 592(E)/18AA/IDRA/79.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause rf>) of sub-section (.1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 852(E)]18AA|IDRA177, dated the 23rd December, 1977, namely :—
In. the said Order (1) under the heading "Chairman", for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numher and entry shall be substituted, namely:—
"1. Major General Prem-angshu Chowdry";
(2) under the heading "Members" for serial numbers 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries should be substituted, namely :—
"2. Shri R. K. Anand,
Director, Ministry of Industry,
Department of Industrial Development.
3. Shri K. Marga Banthu".
