And, whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 62CKE), dated the 28th October, 1978, the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 3 lit October, 1979 ;
And, whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration, of the said Order should be extended for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of 31st October, 1980 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 1NFB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, ]t51 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the aaid order upto and inclusive of the 31st October, 1980,
