NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th October, IS"79
S.O. 604(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) ;ind (4) of section 5A of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the Chairman, Mormugao Poit Trust, Mormuguo, us a member of the Mornuigao Dock Labour Board and nominates the said Chairman namely Shri Prabhak.ir Kamat as the Chairman of the said Hoard, and furlhei directs that the luiinwing amendments, shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) S.O. 2762, dated the 16th August, 1977, namely :—
In the said notification,-—
(i) under the heading "Members representing the Central Government", for the entry against item (1), the entry "The Chairman, Mormugao Port Trust, Mormugao" shall be substituted;
(ii) for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substituted,
namely:—
"2 The Cential Government hereby nominates Shri Prafchakar Kamat, Chairman, Mormugao Port Trust, Mormugao, as the Chairman of tho said Board".
