कलकत्ता, 27 अक्तूबर, 1979
का० ग्रा० 605 (श्र ) : भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य मंत्रालय (विदेश व्यापार विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं ० का० आ० 517 ( ६) दिनांक 25 सितम्बर, 1973 के साथ पठित पटसन ( अनुज्ञापन एवं नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1961 के खण्ड 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पटसन उपायुक्त, कलकत्ता, एसद्वारा प्रधिकतम वहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के रूप में इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न प्रथम अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लि खित मूल्य निश्चित करते हैं जिस पर उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित पटसन वस्त्रों के किस्मों का क्रय अथवा विक्रय नवम्बर, 1979 महीने के दौरान किया जायेगा ।
बशर्ते कि जूट वस्त्रों की उक्त किस्मों के सम्बन्ध में ऐसा निश्चित मूल्य उक्त द्वितीय अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में तब्नुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्सि- बित मिम्नतम सहन शक्ति के सम्बन्ध में अधिसूचना से संलग्न दूसरी अनुसूची के अनुकूल स्तम्भ ( 2 ) अथवा ( 3 ) या दोनों में उल्लिखिত सीमा तक कम हो जाय ।
2. इस प्रधिसूचना के अधीन निश्चित किया गया मूल्य उत्पाद शुल्क एवं बिक्री कर छोड़ कर होगा जो क्रेता द्वारा असल पर वहिनिमाणी मूल्य के अतिरिक्त श्रवा किया जायेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Calcutta , the 27th October , 1979
S.O. 605(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing and Control ) Order , 1961 , read with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce (Department of Foreign Trade ) No. S.O. 517(E) dated the 25th September , 1973 , the Deputy Jute Commissioner, Calcutta hereby fixes the prices mentioned in column ( 3 ) of the First Schedule appended to this notification as the maximum ex-factory price at which the varieties of jute textile mentioned in the corresponding entries in column (2 ) of the said Schedule shall be purchased or sold during the month of November , 1979 .
Provided that the prices so fixed in respect of the said varie- ties of jute textiles shall be reduced to the extent specified in column (2) or column ( 3 ) or both of the Second Schedule ap- pended to this Notification in respect of the minimum breaking strength specified in the corresponding entries in column ( 1 ) of the said Second Schedule .
2. The prices fixed under this notification shall be exclusive of the duty of excise and the sales tax which shall be paid in ad- dition to the ex-factory price by the purchaser at actuals .
