NOTIFICATION
GSR 606(E)/No. IDRA/30 .—The following draft of certain rules further to am;nd the Registration and Licensing of Indus- trial Undertakings Rules. 1952, which the Central Govern.m;nt proposes to m ike in exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), is hereby published) ;is required by sub-section (1) of that section, for the infomntion of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after sixty days from the date of publication of .this notification in the Official Gazette. Any objections or suggestions, which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft within the period so specified will be considered by the Central Government. Such objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Ministry of Industiy, Department of I.D-
DRAFT RULES
1. These rules nuy be called the Registration and Licensing
of Industrial Undertakings (Amendment) Rules, 1979.
2. In the Registration and Licensing ol" Industrial Under- takings Rules, 1952, in Form G, for serial number II and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namsly :-
