जी० एस ० मार० 595 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार भावश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 ( 1955 का 10) के खण्ड 3 द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पैराफिन मोम ( पूर्ति, संवितरण एवं मूल्य निर्धारण ) प्रादेश, 1972 में पुनः संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित भावेश जारी करती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस आवैश को पैराफिन मोम ( पूर्ति, संवितरण एवं मूल्य निर्धारण ) संशोधन भावेश, 1979 कहा जायेगा ।
होगा । (2 ) सरकारी राजपत्त में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से यह लागू
2. पैराफिन मोम ( पूर्ति, संवितरण एवं मूल्य निर्धारण ) आदेश , 1972 (उक्त प्रादेश के रूप में इसके प्रागे संभिप्त ) द्वारा 2 में---
(i) मव ( ख) के अंत में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा आयेगा, अर्थात्: -- "किन्तु इस आदेश के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची 'ख' में निविष्ट वितरक कंपनियां इसमें सम्मिलित नहीं हैं";
(ii ) मद (घ) के लिये निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित्त होगा, अर्थात्: " ब" पैराफिन मोम " में देशी एवं भायातित पैराफिन मोम तथा मैच बैक्स शामिल है" ;

( iii) उप-धारा ( ङ) के चाय निम्नलिखित उप- धारा जोड़ी जायेगी, श्रर्थात्:--" ( च) " अनुसूचित मूल्य" का अर्थ है कि इस प्रावेण में संलग्न सूची " क" में दिये गये मूल्य" ।
3. उक्त भावेश की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (2 ) में, (फ ) मव (1 ) के लिए, निम्नलिखित मव प्रतिस्थावित होगा , अर्थात्
" ( 1 ) अनुसूचित मूल्य";.
(ख) के लिए मव ( ii ) , मिम्नलिखित मव प्रतिस्थापित होगा, अर्थात्:-
"डिण्योई, कलकत्ता, मद्रास , कोचीन एवं बम्बई में वितरण कंपनी भण्डारण के बाहर निकटतम स्थानों से परिवहन प्रभार विक्रय स्थानों पर रेल द्वारा सबसे किफायती मार्ग द्वारा तथा रेल द्वारा असंबद्ध स्थानों के लिए रेल एवं मार्ग द्वारा अथवा मार्ग द्वारा जैसी स्थिति हो" ;
(ग) मद ( iv) के लिए, शब्द " अनुसूची" के स्थान पर शब्द एवं अक्षर "ममुसूची छ" प्रतिस्थापित होगा ।
4. उक्त भावेश की धारा II में " जिक्री, प्रेडिग " के स्थान पर "विक्री, मूल्य, ब्रेकिंग " प्रतिस्थापित होगा ।
5. उक्त प्रादेश की धारा 12 के लिए , निम्मलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित होगी, अर्थात्:-
" 12 परमिट के बिना पैराफिन मोम का परिवहन नहीं होगा: -इस धावेश के साथ पंलग्न अनुसूची " ब" मैं धनुसूचित

वितरण कंपनियों के अलावा कोई व्यक्ति भौर वाहक ऐसी कंपनियों की ओर से, महक या रेल या जलमार्ग या मायुमार्ग द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की पैराफिन मोम का एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य को परिवहन नहीं करेगा जब तक कि केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में मामान्य या विशेष परमिट जारी न किया जाये" ।
6. उक्त श्रादेश के साथ मंलग्न भनुसूची की निम्न अनुसूचियों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापन किया जायेगा, अर्थात्:--

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM , CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (Deptt. of Petroleum) ORDER
G.S.R. 595 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Paraffin Wax (Supply , Distribution and Prize Fixation) Order , 1972 , namely :-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Paraffin Wax ( Supply , Distribution and Price Fixation) Amendment Order , 1979 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .

2. In the Paraffin Wax ( Supply, Distribution and Price Fixa- tion Order , 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the sald Order) , in clause 2
(i) in item (b), the following shall be added at the end namely :-
"but does not include the Distributing Companies specified in Schedule B appended to this Order" ;
( ii) for item (d), the following item shall be substitluted , namely:-
"(d) " paraffin wax " Includes indigenous and im- ported paraffin wax and match wax" ;
(lii) after sub -clause (c) the followintg sub-clause shall be inserted , namely :-
"( f)" Scheduled price " means the price specified in Schedule 'A' appended to this Order . "
3. In sub-clasue (2) of clause 3 of the said Order,---
(a) for item (i), the following item shall be substituted namely :-
"(1) Scheduled price ;" ;
(b) for item (li ) , the following item shall be substituted , namely :-
"transportation charges from the nearest ex-Distri- buting Companies storage points at Digboi , Calcutta, Madras , Cochin and Bombay to the place of sale by the route most economical by rail and , with respect to places not connected by rail , by rail-cum-road or by road, as the case may be ; " ;
(c) for item ( iv) , for the word " Schedule" the word and letter " Schedule ' B' " shall be substituted .
4. In clause 11 of the said Order, for the words " sale grading " , the words " sale , price, grading" shall be substuted.
5. For clasue 12 of the said Order, the following clause shall be substituted , namely :-
"12 Paraffin Wax not to be transported except under permit :
No person other than the Distributing Companies speci- fled in Schedule 'B' appended to this Order and the carrlers on behalf of such Companies shall transport or offer or accept for transport , whether by road or rail or water or air, any kind of paraffin wax from one State to another except under a general or special permit issued by the Central Go- vernment in this behalf ."
6. For the Schedule appended to the said Order the following Schedule shall be substituted , namely :
