सा० का० ति० 596 ( २) भारतीय प्रणायन सेवा ( मवर्ग ) नियम, 1954 के नियम के उपनियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उपनियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदन्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार केरल सरकार के परामर्श में भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा (संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन) विनियम , 1955 में और श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिये एतद्वारा निम्तलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रणामन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) मानवां संशोधन विनियम, 1979 है ।
(2 ) ये संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रग्रामन सेवा (संवर्ग संख्या का नियमन ) , 1955 की अनुसूची में "केरल " शीर्षक के अधीन तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिया प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी , अर्थात्
"केरल"

New Delhi , the 30th October , 1979
G.S.R. 596(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub -rule ( 1 ) , and the first proviso to sub - rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre ) Rules , 1954, the Central Government , in consultation with the Govern ment of Kerala hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Adminis- trative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Seventh Amendment Regulations , 1979 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955 , for the heading "Kerala" and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely :-

सा० का० नि० 597 ( प्र) -भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा (वेतन ) नियम 1954 के नियम 11 के माथ पठिन अनिल भारतीय मेवा अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त णक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय गरकार , "केरल " सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 1954 में और संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम एतद्वारा बनाती है , अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारणीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) ग्यारह्वां संशोधन नियम , 1979 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन को तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रणामन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1954 की अनुसूची
III-क में :--
(क) राज्य सरकार के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा के बरिष्ठ वेतनमान से ऊपर वेतन वाले पद मारणी में " केरल " के मामने विश्यमान प्रविष्टियों के म्यान पर निम्नलिखिन प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी, अर्थात्:--
