NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th October, 1979
S.O. 615(E).—Whereas by its Older No. S.O. 56(E) dated the 29th Jannary, 1979, published at pages No. 101-102 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 29lh January, 1979, issued under clause (b) of sub-section (1) or section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978) (hereinafter referred to as the s;iid Act), the Central Government in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), vested the management of Razu Buland Sugar Company Limited, Rampur, District Rampur (hereinafter referred to as the said sugar undertaking) in the Central Govern- ment with effect from the 30ih day of January, 1979 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the said sugar undertaking shall stand vested in the XJtltir Pradesh Stsite Sugar Corporation by virtue of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Sugar Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1971 (Uttar Pradesh Act No. 23 of 1971) following Ihe decision of the flinh Court of judicature at Allahabad, in Civil Miscellaneous Wiit Petition No. 4130 of 1971 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby rescinds the said Order No. SO. 56(FJ dated the 29th January 1979, with effect from the 1st day of November 1979.
