F No 602/1/79-DBK.—In the Public Notice No Diaw- back/PN-51/78 published in Part I Section (1; of the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary) dated the 19th December, 1978, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ment therein, namely —
In para 2 of the above Public Notice for the words and figure 'The above rates of drawback are Valid till 25-2-)1979" the following shall be substituted, namely .—•
"The above rates of drawback which take effect from 1st of Decembei, 1978 and shall remain in force till 28-2-1979"

NO. DRAWBACK/PN-73/79
F. No. 602/1/79-DBK —Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 6O2/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India, E*tra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment* in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAW- BACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971, as amended from time to time :—
Under sub-serial No, 3621, the following Note lhall be
inserted, namely :—
"Note :—The above rates of drawback are exclusive of drawback on packing materials used, If any."
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into
force on the 1st day of June, 1978.
CORRIGENDUM
F. No. 602/1/79-DBK.—In the Public Notice No. DRAW- BACK/PN-42/79 dated the 1st June, 1979 published in Part I, Section (1) of the Gazette of India (Extra-Ordinary), the Central Government hereby makes the followinu correc- tions therein, namely :—
In the column 'Rate of drawback' against sub-serial No. 3809 in item (a) sub-item (iii) for the existing entries the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"Rs. 320.60 (Rupees three hundred twenty find psii'e
sixty only) per 1000 containers, plus"
