S.O. 619(El.^rIn exercise of flic powers conferred by sub- section (1) of. section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 19?1 (65, of. 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following fuither amendment)! in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 6()(H), dated tie 2nd February, 1978, namely :— '

In the said Order, in paragraph 2, under the heading

"Members",—

(,i) for item 6 and the entry relating thereto, the follow- ing item and entry shi.ll be substituted, namely :—

"6. Shri Daljit Sen Adel,

(ii) for item 8 and the e^try relating thereto, the follow- ing Item and entry shall be substituted, namely :—

S.O. 62O(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development; No. S.O. 454 (E) dated the 18th July, 1978, namely :—

In the said Order, in paragraph 2 under the heading Secretary and Commissioner, Food and Civil Sup- plies, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. .
