S.O. 624(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of the Explanation to section 9 of the Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Ordinance, 1979 (10 of 1979), the Central Govern- ment hereby specifics with respect to each Union territory mentioned in column 1 of the Table below, the High Court meniioncd in the corresponding entry in colunn 2 of the said Table as the appropriate High Court in every case of the detention of a person in pursuance of an order of detention made by the administrator of such Union territory or an Officer subordinate, to such administrator.
