S.O. 635(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Ordinance, 1979 UO of 1979), and in accordance with the recom- mendations of the Chief Justice of the High Court for the Union Territory of Delhi, the Central Government hereby constitutes for the purpose of the said Ordinance an Advisory Board consisting of the following, namely :—
