विषय :-अप्रैल, 1979-मार्च-1980 के लिए प्रायात नीति ।
बाणिज्य विभाग की सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या-25 भाई ० टी० सी ० (पी० एन ० ) / 79 , दिनांक 3 मई, 1979 के अन्तर्गत प्रकाशित अप्रैल, 1979-मार्च, 1980 की पायात नीति की ओर ध्यान प्राकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. निम्नलिखित संशोधन नीचे प्रत्येक के सामने संकेतित उपयुक्त स्थानों पर किए जाएंगे:-

प्रतिपूर्ति प्रदान की जाएगी क्रम सं ० क-94 कालम-5 जोड़ा जाएगा :- " (1) कालम 2 में पुर्जी निर्यात उत्पाद के संघ- टकों के निर्यातों के मद्दे कालम 3 में उल्लिखित वर के आधार पर आयात और उस माल के श्रायात की अनुमति दी जाएगी जिन्हें निषेध/ सरणीबद्ध सूची में वर्शाया गया है और जिनका उपयोग सम्बद्ध विनि- र्माता द्वारा यथा-घोषित

निर्यातित उत्पाद के विनि- मर्माण में किया जाता है । भायात की मवों के सम्बन्ध में निर्यातित उत्पाद के विनिर्माता की घोषणा भायात भावेदम- पत्र के साथ भेजी जानी चाहिए " ।

नियत प्राचल पर भाधारित माल | श्रम लागत से सम्बद्ध एक विशिष्ट मूल्य भिन्नता धारा संविदा भै ही उल्लिखित है और यह संविदा के हस्ताक्षर होने के बाद कोई भी सौवा नहीं किया जा सकता है । प्राचल में किसी भी निर्यात प्रोत्साहन का उल्लेख नहीं होना चाहिए ।
3. परिशिष्ट-17 में किए गए संशोधन 1-4-1979 को या इस के बाद किए गए निर्यातों के लिए लागू होंगे किन्तु इनमें पहले से ही जारी किए गए उन मदों के लिए श्रायात प्रतिपूति लाइसेस शामिल नहीं होंगे जो कालम 4 से हटा दी गई हैं या जिन के सम्बन्ध में मुख्य सीमा को घटा दिया गया है ।
4. परिशिष्ट-20 में किए गए संशोधन इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।

Attention is invited to the Import Policy, April , 1979- March, 1980, públished under the Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 25 -ITC (PN) /79 dated the 3rd May, 1979.

The declara- tion of the manufacturer of the product exported in regard to the items of import should accompany the import application . "

(3) In Column 4, the follo- wing iterns shall be added:-

The description of the item (a) shall be amended to read as under :-

The description of the item (c) shall be amended to read as under :-

In item (a) , after the words "moulding powder" , the description of the item "Tin plate, primeOTS qua- lity," shall be amendedto read as under :-

" (d) A specific price variation clause relatingto material/ labour cost based on fixed parameters spelt out in the contract itself and not subject to any negotiation after signing of the contract. The parameters should not relate to any export incen- tives ."
3. Amendments made in Appendix 17 will apply to exports made on or after 1-4-1979, except in the case of import replenish ment licences already issued with such items as are now deleted from Col. 4 or in respect of which the value limit has been reduced.
4. Amendments made in Appendix 20 shall be applicable with effect from the date of the issue of this Public Notice .
