EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
Subject : Export Policy of Vintage Calls.
File No. 7(10)/l/77-E.I.—Attention is invited to the Export Policy of Vintago Motor Cms parts and components thereof i.e. motor cars of 1940 and the earlier models appearing against S, No. 89(iv) of Part B of Schedule I of Export Policy April 1979—March 1980.
In pursuance of the Policy for Vintage Cars as mentioned abbve Govern- ment intends to evolve guidelines for allowing export of Vintage Cars on a limited basis and in order to enable the Government to do so, intending exporters of Vintage Cars may get their cars registered with tho Vintage Register Indian Automotives Racing Club Ltd,, (Address : Alpha Motor Company, Liberty Building, 4th Floor, Marine Lines, Bombay-400020) within a period of 60 days from the date of issue of this Public Notice. However, such registration will not confer any rijjht on the person for eventual export of the car.
