मीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्राय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रनिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भाग्य के राजपत्र, असाधारण , दिनाक 25 अगस्त, 1971 मे प्रकाशित अधिसूचना म० 52/फा ० म ० 602/ 2/ 70/प्र ०८० ) के नियम 4 के श्रधान, केन्द्रीय सरकार समय -समय पर यथासशोधित सावजनिक सूचना स ० प्रति श्रदायगी/ सा ० सू० 1 , दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है-
1 उपक्रम स० 2509 की मद ( ख) के सामने स्तम्भ 'प्रतिभदायगी की दर' में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थान्
" 2 95 रुपये (केवल दो रुपये पत्रानवे पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम"
2 उपक्रम स ० 2510 की मव ( ख ) के सामने स्तम्भ 'प्रतिभ्रदायगी की दर' में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखत प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
"5 85 रु ० (केवल पाच रुपए पचासी पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम"
3 यह मार्वजिनक सूचना 1 जून , 1979 से लागू हुई समझी जाएगी

PUBLIC NOTICE
Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52/ F . No. 602/2/ 70- DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra -Ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN -1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time :
1. In the column ' Rate of drawback against item (b) , of sub - serial No. 2509 for the existing entires , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
"Rs . 2.95 (Rupecs two and paise ninety five only) per kg." .
2. In the column 'Rate of drawback against item (b) of sub-serial No. 2510 for the existing entries, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"Rs . 5.85 (Rupees five and paise eighty five only ) per kg . " . 3. This Public Notice shallbe deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of June , 1979 .

सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रति श्रदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , दिनाक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित श्रधिसूचना स० 52/फा ० सं० 602/ 2/ 70-ण अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सुचना सं ० प्रति श्रदायगी/ सा ० मू ०1, दिनाक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित मशोधन करती है--
उप क्रम सं० 4706 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित उप क्रम सं ० और प्रविष्टिया अन्तःस्थापित की जायेगी, अर्थातः-

एल्युमिनियम अन्तर्वस्तु के संबंध में , यदि कोई हो, 5.00 रु ० (केवल पांच रुपये ) प्रति कि० ग्रा । जमा
ताथा अन्तर्वस्तु, यदि कोई हो, के संबध मे 15.00 रु ० ( केवल पन्द्रह रुपये ) प्रति कि ० प्रा ० । जमा
लौह अन्तर्वस्तु, यदि कोई हो, के संबंध में 3.00 रु ० (केवल तीन रुपये ) प्रति कि० ग्रा ० ।

4710. कार्बन वित्त प्रतिरोधक पोन पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 5 प्रतिशत (केवल पांच प्रतिशत ) ।
4711 परिवर्तनशील पी०बी० सी० गिग मंधनित्र।
पोत्र पर्यन्न निःशुल्क मूल्य का 68% (केवल छः दशमलव आठ प्रतिशत):
4712. मध्यम श्रावृत्ति वाले ट्रांस पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 20% फोर्मर (आई ०एफ ०टी ० एस० ) (केवल बीस प्रतिशत ) ।
2. यह सार्वजनिक सूचना 1 अक्तूबर, 1979 से लागू हुई ममशी जायेगी ।
3. उपर्युक्त माल के संबंध में अलग-अलग निर्माता/ निर्यातकर्ता के लिय नियत की गई सभी ब्राट दरे इम मार्वजनिक सूचना के लागू होते ही रद्द होजायेगी ।

No. 602/ 2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra - ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time .

2. This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of October , 1979.
3. All brand rates fixed for individual manufacturer/ exporter in respect of above goods will stand withdrawn with the coming into effect of this Public Notice .
