फा ० स ० 602/ 1/ 79-डी० बी० के ०-सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिश्प्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्न, असाधारण , विनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना स० 52/ फा ० स ० 602/2/70 -प्र० प्र०) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार समय-समय पर यथासशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना ८० प्रतिभदायगी/ सा ० सू० 1, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी मे एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है
उप क्रम स० 2502 की मद ( क) की उप-मद ( घ) भौर उससे सबंधित प्रविष्टियो के बाद निम्नलिखित मन्तस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्
(ङ) ऊन अन्तर्वस्तु
(i) बुनाई किस्मके वस्टेंड 25 50 रु० (केवल पच्चीस रुपये पचास पैसे प्रति किलोग्राम ।
सूप्लमे ।
(11) होजरी/ हाथ की बुनाई किस्म के वस्टेंड सूत मे ।
23 95 रु० ( केवल तेईस रुपये पश्चानवे पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम ।

परन्तु शर्त यष्ठ है कि ऊन अन्तर्वस्तु के सबध में उपर्युक्त वर पर प्रति अदायगी तभी स्वीकार्य होगी जब पात लवान के समय निर्माता/ निर्यातकर्ता यह घोषित करता है और यवि भावश्यक हो, तो सहायक सीमा शुल्क समाहर्ता के समाधानप्रद रूप में यह प्रस्तुत मरता है कि सून वस्टेंड सूत है ।
2 उप क्रम स ० 2502की मव ( ख) के बाद निम्नलिखित अन्तः स्थापित्त किया आएगा, अर्थात्-
(ग) 21 बी० डब्ल्यू० एस ० या 9 30 रु ० ( केवल नौ रुपये तीस पैसे उमसे कम सूत्रांक का प्रति किलोग्राम ।
वस्टैंड सूत , (जिसम हाथ
की बुनाई/ हौजरी का
वस्टेंड सूत शामिल हो)
जिसमे कुल ततु अन्तर्वस्तु
पर परिगणित ऊन का
भार 50 प्रतिशत से अधिक हो ।
परन्तु शर्त यह है कि ऊन अन्तर्वस्तु के बारे में प्रतिभदायगी की उपर्युक्त दर सभी स्वीकार्य होगी यदि निर्माता/निर्यातकर्ता पात- लदान के समय यह घोषित करता है और यदि आवश्यक हो, ता सहायक सीमा शुल्क समाहर्ता के समाधानप्रव रूप में यह सबूत प्रस्तुत करता है कि मून वस्टेंड सूत है ।

3. उप क्रम सं ० 2503 के खण्ड (ग) की मव सं० ( i ) की उप मद
( घ ) के याद निम्नलिखित अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
ऊन अन्तर्वस्तु-
(ङ) बुनाई किस्म के वस्टेंड सूत में।
26.55 रु० (केवल छब्बीस रुपये पचपन पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम ) ।
(च) ऊन अन्तर्वस्तु:
हौजरी/ हाथ की बुनाई 25.00 रु० (केवल पच्चीस रुपये) प्रति किलोग्राम ।
किस्मके वस्टेंड सूप्त में ।
परन्तु शर्त यह है कि, संशलिस्ट तन्तु/ऊन अन्तर्वस्तु के बारे में प्रतिभ्रदायगी की उपर्युक्त वर तभी स्वीकार्य होगी , यदि निर्माता/ निर्यातकर्त्ता पोत-लदान के समय यह घोषित करता है और यवि श्रावश्यक हाँ तो सहायक सीमा शुल्क समाहर्ता के समाधानप्रद रूप में यह सबून प्रस्तुत करता है कि-
(क) उपर्युक्त मद ( ङ) भौर (च ) के अन्तर्गम प्रयुक्त सून बस्टेंड किस्म का है ; श्रौर
(ख) तन्तु (तन्तुओं) पर नवा किये गये केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क से, केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क नियम 1944 के अन्तर्गन कोई रिबेट प्राप्त नहीं की गई है ।
4. उप क्रम सं ० 2503 की मद लिखित अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, (ग ) की उप मव ( 1 ) के बाद निम्न- अर्थात्:--
( ii) 21 बी० डब्ल्यू० एस०
उससे कम सूत्रांक के
9.70 रु ० ( केवल नौ रुपये सत्तर पैसे) प्रप्ति किलोग्राम ।
बस्टेंड सूत से, (जिसमें
हाथ की बुनाई/ जी
का वस्टेंड सूस शामिल
है) जिसमें कुल तंतु
अन्तवस्तु पर परिगणित
ऊन का भार 50 प्रति
शत से अधिक हो ,
निर्मित माल में ऊन
अन्तर्वस्तु ।
परन्तु शर्त यह है कि ऊन अन्तर्वस्तु के बारे में प्रति श्रदायगी की उपर्युक्त दर तभी स्वीकार्य होगी यदि निर्माता/निर्यातकर्ता पोत-सवान के ममय यह घोषित करता है और, र्याव आवश्यक हो, तो सहायक सीमा शुल्क समाहर्ता के समाधानप्रद रूप में यह सबूत प्रस्तुत करता है कि सूत अटेंड सूत है ।
5. यह सार्वजनिक सूजना अक्तूबर, 79 के चौथे दिन से लागू हुई समझी जायगी ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 9th November , 1979
F. No. 602/1/79 - DBK .- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/F . No. 602/2 /70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra- ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
[PART I-SEC . 1 ]
Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time :-
1. After sub - item ( d ) of item ( A) of sub- serial No. 2502 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely:-
( a) Wool Content-.
(i) In the worsted yarn of weaving quality.
Rs . 25.50 ( Rupees twenty five and paise fifty only ) per kg .
(ii ) In the worsted yarn of hosiery/hand knitting ) quality.
Rs . 23.95 ( Rupees twenty three and paise ninety five only) .
Provided that drawback at the above rate in respect of wool content may be admissible only if the manufacturer/ exporter at the time of shipment declares and , if necessay , produce proof to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Customs that the yarn is Worsted yarn .
2. After item (B ) of sub - serial No. 2502 , the following shall be inserted, namely :-
(C) Worsted yarn , ( including
worsted hand knitting/
Rs . 9.30 (Rupees nine and paise thirty only ) per kg .
hosiery yarn ) of 21 BWS
or less counts , containing
more than 50 %by weight
of Wool calculated on
the total fibre content .
Provided that the drawback at the above rate in respect ofwool content may be admissible if the manufacturer/ exporter at the time of shipment declares and , if necessary , produces proof to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Customs that the yarn is Worsted yarn .
3. After sub-item (d ) of item ( i ) of clause ( C ) of sub - serial No. 2503 , the following shall be inserted , namely : --
(e) Wool Content-
in the worsted yarn of weaving quality .
Rs.26.55 (Rupees twenty six and paise fifty five only) per kg.
(f) Wool Content
worsted yarn of hosiery/ hand knitting quality
Rs . 25.00 (Rupees twenty five only) per kg .
Provided that the drawback at the above rate on account of synthetic fibre/wool content may be admissible only if the manufacturer/exporter at the time of shipment declares and if necessary produces proof of the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Customs that-
(a) the yarn used under item (e) and (f) above is of worsted type; and
(b) not rebate of the Central Excise duty paid on the fibre (s) has been obtained under the Central Excise Rules , 1944.
4. After sub - item ( i ) of item (C) of sub- serial No. 2503 , the following shall be inseted , namely :-
Rs . 9.70 (Rupees nine
and paise scventy only ) per kg.
(ii) Wool content in the goods made out of Worsted yarn ( including Worsted hand knitting/hosiery yarn) of 21 BWS or less content con- taining more than 50 %by weight of Wool calculated on the total fibre content .

Provided that the drawback at the above rate in respect of Wool content may be admissible if the manufacturer/ exporter at the time of shipment declares and , if necessary , produces proof to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Csutoms that the yarn is worsted yarn .
5. This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th day of October , 1979 .

"माप का विवरण" स्तम्भ में उप मद( क) मे "क्षेत्र " शब्य के मात्र और "उपर्युक्त " शब्द के पहले निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्
