G.S.R. 615(E).—In exercise of the power* conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Hindi Translator (Class III) Recruitment Rulesi 1967, namely :—*
1.(1) These rules may bo called the Hindi Translator (Class III) Recruit-
ment (Amendment) Rules* 1979.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official
Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Hindi Translator (Class III) Recruitment Ruks, 1967, m Column- 11, for item (i> the following item shall be substituted, namely :—
"(i) Incumbents holding posts of Junior Hindi Translators- who have put in at least 3 years of service in the Department of Revenue in that grade."
