PUBLIC NOTICE
£'. No. 602/1/79-WBK.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Diawbauk Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK pub- lished in the Gazette of India—Extra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), The Central Government hereby makes the following amendments In the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the )5th October, 1971 as amended from tjmc to time:—
In the column 'Description of goods* for the existing entries against Sub-
Serial No, 2730, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"All types of icadymade garments made from textile Fabrics but ex-
cluding garments:—
(i) made partly or wholly from pure silk;
(ii) made fiom 'Cotton handloom' and 'power loom fabrics' falling
under Sub-Serial Nos. 2702 and 2731 ; and
(lii) made from hosiery made of cotton yarn falling under Sub-Serial
No. 2707."
