ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th November, 1979
G.S.R. 616(E)/EM. Com./Sugar—In pursuance of the powers conferred by clause 5 of the Sugar (Pnce Control) Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby authorises the Chief Director, Additional Chief Director, a Director, a Deputy Director, an Assistant Director, Senior Cost Accounts Officer, a Cost Accounts Officer, a Technical Officer, a Junior Technical Officer and Inspector (Sugar) in the Directorate of Sugar to exercise the powers of entry, examination, search, seizure mentioned in the said clause 5.
2. Tbin notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
