NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th November, 1979

G.S.R. 617(E)-/Ess.—Com./Sugar :—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 15 of tho Sugar (Control) Ordor, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food), No. GSR 213(E)/Ess. Com./Sugar, dated the 28th March, 1972, namely :—

In the table of the said Notification,—after item (xv) and the entries relating

thereto the following items and entries shall be added, namely :—

"(xvi) (a) Tehsildars and Naib Within their respective jurisdiction in the

Tehsildars State of Rajasthan" (b) Officers of the Department of Food not below the rank of Enforcement Inspectors.
