S.O. 722(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission or India hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 429/DL/79(l), dated 30 August, 1979, namely:—
In column (2) of the table appended to the said notification afiainst item No. 2 the entries "3. Shri A. K. Chaturvedi. Under Secretary (Land and Building}, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi" and "4. Shrj A. S. Khullar, Sales Tax Officer, Vikas Bhawan. New Delhi;" shall be added.
