Provision of this section shall not apply to the said industrial undertaking. It shall, however, file its statutory returns and balance sheets with the Registrar of Companies. Tho exemption will not affect the provisions of section 159(1) of the companies Act, 1956.
Section 169
Provision of this section shall not apply
to tho said industrial undertaking.

S. O. 726 (E).—Whereas by the Order of tho Government of India In tho Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S. O. 590(E), dated the 9th October, 1978 issued under section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 19S1 (65 of 1951), the Central Government has authorised a Board of Management to take over tho manage- ment of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Rai Bahadur Hurdutroy Motilal Jute Mills Private Limited, Katihar Bihar (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking) for the period specified therein;
The period of exemption ID all cases will terminate when the Company ceases to bo managed by tho Central Govemmont under the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951.

Utos Act, 1956(1 of 195$ shall continue to apply to tho said industrial Undertaking in tho same manner as it applied there- to before the issue of tho Order under Section 18AA.
