' जा आदेश अपरिवर्तनीय साखपत्त्र द्वारा य सुनुदगो आधार पर नकद भुगतान द्वारा समध्येन हाते उनके आधार पर किए गए निर्यातो के मामले मे निर्यातक का इनबन के लिए सहमत हाने हुए एक वचन-पत्न देना होगा कि यदि वह निर्यात की रकम पूर्ण रूप से स्वदेश का लौटाने में असफल रहता है या यदि निर्यातित वस्तुए अम्त्रोकार कर दी जाती है या भारत को लौटा दो जाती हैं ता वह भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा रिहा किए गए सोने की विक्रय कीमत और इसकी नकली मोती"

विद्यमान पैग 17 के स्थान पर निम्नलिग्विष परा प्रतिस्थापिन किया जाएगा
"निर्यात कर लेने के बाद पूरे सात कार्य दिवस के भीतर और विदेणा मुद्रा ने बिक्री को रकम की वसूली को प्रतीक्षा किए बिना हो निर्यातक निर्धारित प्रपत्र में और निर्धा- रित तरीके से एक आवेदनपत्न उभो लाइमेस प्राधिकारी को रिहाई आदेश जारी करने के लिए प्रस्तुत करेगा जिमने पोत परिवहन बिल पृष्ठाफित किया था और उग ग्रावेदनपत्र के माथ सोमाणुल्क माध्याकिन य(जक, सामाशल्क द्वारा प्रमाणित पोन परिवहन बिन और बैंक प्रमाणपत्र मूल रूप में सलग्न करेगा । रिहाई आदेश जारी करने के लिए आवेदनपत्र के साथ निर्यातक को विधिवत अपने हस्ताक्षरों के माथ यह प्रमाणित करते हुए एक घाषणा पत्र भेजना चाहिए कि इस योजना के अंतर्गत किए गए निर्यातो के प्रति विदेशी मुद्रा की कोई भी वसूली पोनलदान की तिथि से 2 महीनो की अवधि के बाद मे बकाया नही है । दम्तावेजो का मत्यापन करने के बाद यदि आवेदन-पत्न सब प्रकार से मही हुआा तो माइमेस प्राधिकारी एक रिहाई आदेश जारी करेगा जिससे कि निर्यातक उपर्युक्त अनुसार निर्यातिष मत्रों की शुद्ध मोने की मात्रा को प्रति-पूर्ति प्राप्त कर सकेगा ।"

है वह " 15 दिन" पढ़ी जाएगी ।

[Issued from File No. 1 / 1 / REP / 79 - EPC ] .- Attention is invited to Import Policy for April , 1979- March , 1980 pub- lished under the Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 25 - ITC ( PN ) / 79 , dated the 3rd May , 1979 , as amonded.

Para 6 or "In case of exports effected against such orders as are backed by either an irrevoc- able letter of credit payment on cash- on- delivery basis , the exporter will have to give an undertaking in writing agreeing to refund the difference between the sale price of gold released by the State Bank of India and its prevailing ' internal' market price, if he fails to repatriate the export Proceeds in full or if the articles exported a re rejected or returned to India ."

3 The amendments made shall be effective from the date of issue of this Punlic Notice
