NOTIFICATION
Now Delhi, the 17th November, 1979
G-S.R. 628(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (i) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951
(61 of 1951), read with sub-rule(2) of rule 4 of the Indian Ad-
ministrative Service (Cadre) Rulos, 1954, the Central Govern-
ment, in consultation with the Govomment of Rajasthan, here-
by makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian
Administrative Servico (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations,
1955, namely :—
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Adminis- trative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Ninth Amendment Regulations, 1979.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Tn the Schedulo to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955 for the heading "Rajasthan" and the entries thereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 629 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule 11 of the Indian Administrative Ser- vice (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Centra' Government, in consultation with the Government of Rajasthan, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, namely :—
1.(1) Those rules may be called the Indian Administrative
Service (Pay) Thirteenth Amendment Rules, 1979-
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-
cation in the Official Gazette-
2. In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954— (a) In 'SchoduleJII-A-Posts carrying pay above the time scale 'n the Indian Administrative Sorvice under the State Go- vernments' in the Table, for the entry, "Rajasthan" occurring in the first column and the corresponding entries in tho second and third columns, the following shal' be substituted, namely :—
