ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th November, 1979

S.O. 7300E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be mado in iU notification No. 434/GJ/79(2), dated 3rd October, 197'J, namely ;—

In Column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification—

(i) against item 9, 'Returning Oflicer of 9-Dhandhuka (SC) parliamen- tary constituency for the existing entry luimbenid 3. flic endv "Assistant Director, Small Savings, Ahmedabad City, Ahmedabad," shall be substituted ; and

(ii) against item 12, 'Returning: Officer of I2-Mehsun;i parliamentary constituency', after the existing entry numbered 6 the entry "7. Deputy Collector, Office of Commissioner (Land Reforms), Gandhi- nagar",

shall be inserted.
